Tom Bryan/Owner
|
Tom has over 25 years in the Martial Arts and Fitness Industry and has been inducted into the World Martial Arts Hall of Fame with the likes of Jeff Speakman and Chuck Norris. Tom is a pioneer in the fitness kickboxing field and has developed a specialized kickboxing for fitness program that is used by fitness clubs and martial arts schools around the country.

Janice
|
Janice is a long time Spinning enthusiast, who first started riding indoors over eight years ago. Although she has been involved in her own personal fitness for over fifteen years, the Spinning program changed how she viewed her workouts. In fact, she has now become an outdoor cycling enthusiast as well. She became a Certified Spinning Instructor with the hope of sharing her passion with other people.
Janice’s experience as an intermediate-school teacher provides her with the understanding needed to create an environment in which everyone is motivated to believe in themselves, to do their best, and to make their workout exactly what they want it to be. If asked, she will tell you that one great thing about the Spinning program is that it is adaptable to personal fitness levels. Everyone’s workout is unique because everyone is working within his or her own needs and abilities.

Judith
|
Certified through AFAA as a Group Fitness Instructor and Personal Trainer, Judith has seen the health and wellness industry grow from infancy to adulthood, refining and expanding. She believes personal fitness trainers can help gym members achieve their individual potential and Judith enjoys the challenge of working with a varied population: teenagers, new moms, baby boomers, senior citizens and body builders.
Osteoporosis prevention, education and exercise is of special interest to Judith and she has seen individuals increase bone mass with a program of progressive strength training and smart diet.
Judith is Senior Exercise Specialist and a Silver Sneakers instructor, part of an exciting new program offered at Pro.
Proud to be a certified YogaFit instructor, Judith invites you to join her on the mat. In yoga practice we use breath and body to strengthen, lengthen, and calm.

Margaret
|
Margaret has been spinning for eight years and is passionate about the spin program. She bases her classes on heart rate training with an emphasis on improving your resting and maximum heart rates as well building muscles with hill climbing and jumps. She also enjoys teaching step and creating fun and interesting choreography.

Michelle
|
Michelle is happily married and has 3 sons. She graduated from Rider College with a BS in Accounting and currently owns her own business selling nutritional supplements, hair/skin care products as well as weight management products. Michelle received her personal training certificate from W.I.T.S. and believes that "to be our very best, we must take care of our whole body."
Regina
|
Prior to being employed by Pro Fitness, Regina worked in a medically supervised weight management program at Princeton, NJ for 15 yrs. As a health educator, Regina taught and coached the lifestyle changes needed to maintain weight loss and exercise plans. Using her nursing background, Regina worked exclusively with an Endocrinologist, monitoring metabolic changes in each client.
As a member of the Pro Fitness team, Regina is a Personal Trainer and group fitness instructor. Regina is a W.I.T.S. certified through Mercer County community college since 2002 and holds certifications in Mat Science I and II, Senior Fitness, Mid-life Fitness, Bodypump and Pilates. Regina is a senior Fitness Instructor in Roosevelt and East Windsor.
